C. Sharkey Enterprises maintains a large fleet of radio-dispatched vehicles to ensure prompt and timely service.  If you have a problem with the system simply shut it off and call us for advice or service.  We offer 24 hour emergency service, plus a number of year round service options to choose from, including preventive maintenance contracts and standard on-call service for unanticipated problems. 

Our service group comprises two full time dispatchers, a field superintendent and ten service trucks.  It is the largest and most comprehensive in the Delaware Valley.  The service technicians have all had their initial training on a Sharkey installation crew and have had ongoing training in state-of-the-art equipment, tools and techniques.  Their experience level varies from five to thirty years.  

Our dispatchers and technicians are assigned to territories to have a better familiarity with you and your particular system.  This practice helps build mutual confidence. 

Sharkey has several ways of servicing your needs.  In addition to Time & Materials service invoicing, there are two types of service agreements in order to alleviate your irrigation concerns.  Sharkey offers a Basic Maintenance agreement that includes the start-up and winterizationand and a Premier. Maintenance agreement which functions as an extended warranty which includes all labor and material.  A consultant is also available to discuss alterations to your system or discuss the latest irrigation equipment available.
